Year 3 Track

ACTION: Each Pastor can schedule a 30-minute call with their Simple Ministry Consultant
OUTCOME: The Consultant will learn more about the church and set up the next steps.
ACTION: The Simple Ministry Consultant will coach around the assessment
OUTCOME: Each Pastor will learn more about there personal leadership competencies
ACTION: Ministry Imprint™ Dashboard training to understand how your customized dashboard will look and be utilized for your church.
OUTCOME: Pastors will be given next steps to prepare for their church dashboard and set up.
ACTION: Ministry Imprint™ Dashboard (2-Year Subscription) set up for each church. A Consultant will meet with each Pastor and/or leaders for training to utilize the assessments for their members.
OUTCOME: Every leader and member of the church will receive an assessment that with personalized results and accessible to the Church leadership via the dashboard.
ACTION: A Simple Ministry Consultant will meet online with the Cohort
OUTCOME: The Consultant will lay out the time-line and let help the cohort to connect
ACTION:Church leadership take online evaluation that will assess the overall church health.
OUTCOME: A report will be given which will include: Leadership, Stability, Strategy, Capacity, Energy, Wellness, Financial, Retention, Engagement and Planning. It will also plot the church on a “Ministry Success Grid”.
Year 4 Track
ACTION: A Simple Ministry Consultant will meet online with the Pastor
OUTCOME: The Consultant will discuss the findings of the Church ImprintTM Evaluation and work with the Pastor to map out a development strategy to work with their church
ACTION: Pastor will work with church leaders to implement the strategies
OUTCOME: A consistent strategy should be in place to continue.
ACTION: Cohort will meet with their Simple Ministry Consultant
OUTCOME: Evaluation and connections will happen to strengthen each Pastor
ACTION:A Consultant will meet with the church Pastor and/or leadership to customize to define each ministry of the church.
OUTCOME: Every ministry will be customized and “curated” with the Ministry Imprint™ Assessment to align each member to top roles where they are gifted and wired to serve. This information is accessible in the Imprint Dashboard.
ACTION: A Simple Ministry Consultant will meet online with the Pastor
OUTCOME: The Consultant will work on the progress being made on the strategic plan advising on revisions and recommendations for the coming year
ACTION: An anonymous church-wide evaluation will be given based on 15 Key factors.
