Rodney Agan, Ph.D ACC
CEO/Founder
Rodney Agan is a Culture-Shaping, People-Encouraging, Team-Building, Thought-Provoking, High-Energy Leader. He is the Founder and CEO of Connexus Group, the creator of Personality Imprint™ Assessments, Launching Forward™ Leadership Academy, Team Insights™ and the author of The Journey:Personal Life Plan™, Business Plan for a Minimalist, and many other tools and learning content. Rodney is a certified Executive Coach through International Coaching Federation, Certified Birkman® Consultant and Connexus Professional Certified Coach. He has spent over 34 years leading growing organizations and non-profits, and has been a leader of leaders. He is a Key Note Speaker and enjoys working with Executives and Organizations to reach their full potential. Rodney and his wife Paula have been married since 1985 and have two married children and two grandchildren. He’s an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan.
Dan Woltman
COO / Business Development
Dan has spent almost 30 years in the ministry and corporate world consulting Pastors, leadership teams, and organizations. His ministry deals with church revitalization and church planting. Besides vast ministry experience, he has used his skills to hold positions in corporate recruiting, Human Resources, and training manufacturing management. He is also a Connexus Professional Certified Coach.
Dan and his wife Melissa have been married for over 30 years and have one son and live in Georgia.
Paula Agan
CFO/Client Relations
Paula has been a professional Realtor for over 16 years and is passionate about serving others. She serves at Simple Ministry & Connexus Group in the roles of CFO and in Client Relations.
Paula served as a Pastor’s wife for over 30 year with her husband Rodney. They live in Georgia and have been married since 1985, and they have two married children and three grandchildren.
Mark Neal
President
Mark was in pastoral ministry for 25 years. For 20 years, Mark was a Lead Pastor and primary teacher at three different churches. Mark has planted a church, pastored a mega church, and revitalized a church. Lead pastoring in these three distinctive contexts has helped him successfully mentor and coach pastors and spiritual leaders no matter their ministry stage or context.
He is a Connexus Professional™ Certified Coach and enjoys mentoring pastors and ministry leaders focusing on health, wholeness, and intelligent executive leadership. He offers coaching focused on strategy and hosting Clarity Conferences all over the nation that helps encourage and strengthen leaders within the local church.
Mark is passionate about pastors and ministry leaders not losing their souls while leading God’s church. He and his wife, Lori, have been married for 25 years, and they have two grown children and a teenage daughter still at home.
Julie Pruett
Client Relations
Julie serves as Executive Assistant for Connexus Group and Simple Ministry. She focuses on Client Relations, onboarding new clients and logistics.
She and her husband have one married son and live in Georgia.

April Mack

April is a gifted communicator who possesses an incredible amount of life skills. April brings her strengths and insights to her coaching and consulting gained from a diverse business, non-profit, and ministry background. With years of real estate experience, at age 27 April purchased her own national Real Estate franchise and was the broker/owner in Conway, Arkansas. In 1999 she and her family moved to Atlanta, GA where she spent time as a real estate developer, home builder, while being very involved in ministry. April has also started two non-profits. April has been a sought-out speaker on a variety of subjects including, family, non-profit and business development. April has also worked closely with her daughter’s multi-million dollar clothing boutique, helping with corporate structure, raising leaders, and as a financial consultant. April is a pastor’s wife and serves along-side her husband in NE Ohio. They are blessed beyond measure with four grown daughters and six grandchildren. April prides herself on being authentic and approachable. She loves to inspire people to revive the dream that may have died and to DREAM AGAIN. April desires to help others discover who they were truly meant to be, corporations to be all that they are intended, and individuals to function at their highest potential
Scott Gray II
Executive Coach
Scott graduated from college in 2016 with a bachelor degree in ministry and counseling. He’s been serving in ministry capacity since then. He currently serves as an Executive Pastor and evangelist based out of North Carolina. He and his wife Allie were married in 2017 and are enjoying life with their three children.
Scott is a Connexus Certified Professional Coach and thoroughly enjoys helping leaders stay encouraged and take their next steps in their leadership!
Dr. Gary Wilson

Gary’s greatest passion in life beyond faith and family is seeing the light go on for a person he is coaching/helping. He contends many people have a great desire to succeed and the skills to achieve and nothing is more exhilarating than helping them bridge the gap between striving and thriving. Gary has a diverse leadership background, begun at the United States Military Academy and then over the next 40 + years he commanded multiple military units and Salvation Army Addiction Recovery and Retail operations. Repeatedly he has had the opportunity to lead units from a position of struggling to becoming viable, successful, highly achieving teams and organizations. Gary learned through the years it is essential to balance care for people with mission accomplishment; that servant leadership is a preferred approach; that character, core values, and inspired team members drive a culture that allows for the greatest success.
Gary is married to Liz and lives in Opelika, Alabama. They have served together in The Salvation Army these past 25 years culminating with Command of the Adult Rehabilitation Centers Command. They have two kids – Billy and Terri Leigh and a bonus family led by Brian. They are immeasurably blessed to have 8 grandchildren from those three families.
Gary’s Bachelor of Science Education from West Point is added to with a Master’s (M. Ed.) in Counseling from Auburn University and an Educational Doctorate (Ed. D.) from Dallas Baptist University. Gary is a Connexus Certified Professional™ coach and partner who thoroughly enjoys helping others grow in their personal and professional lives.
Kim Smith

Kim has 2 children & 6 grandchildren. She and her husband have owned a construction company for 23 years. They bought a farm in 2017 and teach their grandchildren about farm life.
Kim went from living on the donations of others as a child to now generously giving to others and teaching them how to turn their financial life around. Get ready to be inspired, equipped, and filled with hope that you, too, can change your financial future for generations to come.
Kim makes money talk comfortable while equipping entrepreneurs/business owners to find freedom in their finances, to give generously, to make their dreams a reality and to leave a legacy with their life and money.
Kim and her husband opened Vossel Valley Lakehouse and Loft, a lakeside farmhouse retreat venue/vacation rental in the summer of 2020.
Kim is a Connexus Certified Business & Leadership Coach with experience as a Financial Coach also. She is passionate about partnering with executive leaders to grow personally and professionally.

Scott White

Scott White, is based in Florida, and served as Senior Staff for almost 30 years at First Baptist Church Woodstock, GA under Pastor Johnny Hunt. He has led and served in small and large nonprofit organization staff positions for the past 40+ years. His passion is to see everyone “win” in their personal and professional lives. He is committed to serving others and helping them succeed. Scott believes everything rises and falls on leadership. Scott and his wife Millie, love God and have been happily married since 1980. They have two married children and four grandchildren. He would love to partner with you and your team.
Matthew Bethel
Executive Coach
Matthew is passionate about servant leadership and investing in people. He has a diverse background including 20 years as a military officer, pilot, and commander as well as corporate and non-profit experience. As an active-duty fighter pilot, he learned the paradigm of high performing teams. He then transitioned to the Air National Guard where he balanced increasing leadership responsibilities with a full-time civilian career. His time as a unit commander taught him to value the unique contributions of each member of an organization. In every aspect of life, he has enjoyed developing those around him.
Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Theology and a Master’s Degree in business management. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Melanie, for over 20 years and they have three amazing teenagers. They now live in West Virginia where they serve together in a variety of roles in their local church and particularly love mentoring young adults.
Matthew is a Connexus Certified Professional Coach who thoroughly enjoys helping people grow in their personal and professional lives as they identify areas for development, cultivate potential, and reinvest in others.
Jack Henry

Jack has served in various ministry roles for over 35 years. From Senior Pastor to Family Pastor, he brings a vast array of experience and expertise. His passion is working with leaders who focus on family, children and students. Jack is a Connexus Certified Professional Coach.
He and his wife Angie have been married over 35 years and have two grown children.
Dr. David Pope
Consultant Global Missions
Georgia-born, Dr. David Pope spent the first decade of his career as an accountant, auditor, and administrator in the public utility industry. For the next two decades, he led local churches in Mississippi, New York, Indiana, and Pennsylvania while also providing strategic leadership to church planting and development efforts in a pioneer area of North America. For the past ten years, Dr. Pope has served overseas in West Africa and helped lead two US-based missions organizations. He has chaired four non-profit boards and served on many others.
Currently, he is the Founder and CEO of Pope Initiatives, a non-profit organization that exists to advocate for an obedient, unified response to Christ’s global Great Commission. David and his wife of 45+ years (Cindy) and resides in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Pope is a Connexus Certified Professional and is passionate about working with Global Mission Organizations, Nonprofits and Missions Pastors of local churches.
